My conscience has been nagging me to update my journal...so here we are. I've come upon a sudden fascination with editing pictures of eyes. Don't really know why, but I enjoy it, so why question it when it harms no one? :) I'm typically a shy person around those I'm not familiar with...there are a couple people in one of my classes that REFUSE to let me be shy... How? By being the exact opposite. The people I'm talking about are the type that you don't know whether they're kidding or being serious. My mind has been swimming with all sorts of thoughts and ideas and, as a result, I've had some odd dreams... Currently, I'm working on a poem that is much different from most of the things I've written before. Usually, I write poems/songs that are more abstract in feeling, but the one I'm currently focused on progresses like a story. The rhyming scheme is (arguably) the biggest experiment of the piece. Lastly, the amount of time I've spent on it. When I write a poem, I usually finish it in one sitting. Boom. Done.
